• Manage and grow online communities across social media platforms and forums.
• Engage with followers through comments, messages, and interactive content.
• Monitor and analyze community feedback to improve customer experience and engagement.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to implement strategies that increase brand loyalty and online presence.
