Reko Diq Mining Company, a subsidiary of Barrick Gold Corporation, is recruiting a high-caliber team of individuals for the development of its outstanding, world-class mining project – the Reko Diq copper-gold mine in Balochistan.

Position: HR Officer

• Department: Human Resources
• Location: Karachi Office
• Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in an HR Generalist role
• Requirements:
  • Proficiency in HRIS platforms (e.g., Oracle).
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • High attention to detail and discretion when handling sensitive and confidential information.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
• Responsibilities:
  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, employee records, and medical screenings.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws.
  • Support employee inquiries and assist with performance management and engagement initiatives.

Position: HR Officer

  • High attention to detail and discretion when handling sensitive and confidential information.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
• Responsibilities:
  • Oversee HRIS management, employee lifecycle processes, and contractor administration.
  • Provide system support, compliance enforcement, and assistance with HR projects and policy implementation.

Position: Data Analyst

• Department: Human Resources
• Location: Karachi Office
• Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in HR data analysis, HRIS, or related roles.
• Requirements:
  • Proficiency in HRIS platforms (e.g., Oracle).
  • Strong command on MS Excel, Power BI etc.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • High attention to detail and discretion when handling sensitive and confidential information.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
• Responsibilities:
  • Manage, analyze, and report HR data to ensure accuracy.
  • Support strategic decision-making and enhance HR processes while ensuring compliance and data confidentiality.
