Job Requirements

1. Master’s/MBA in Project Management from an HEC-recognized institution.
2. 10 – 12 years of total experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial/senior managerial PMO role.
3. Proven expertise in setting up and leading PMO functions in a reputable organization.
4. Must be PMP Certified.

Dean – Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities Job Location: Islamabad

Job Requirements

1. Ph.D. degree (local/International) in relevant field. Preferably in the following disciplines (e.g., sociology, psychology, political science, anthropology, economics) from HEC recognized university/institute.
2. Proven record of academic achievement, such as publications, research, and teaching experience as per HEC.
3. Leadership Experience: Extensive experience in academic administration or senior leadership roles within an educational institution, minimum 5 to 10 years.
4. Teaching and Research Experience: A strong background in teaching, research, and mentoring students and faculty members.
5. Experience in Budgeting and Resource Allocation: Ability to manage financial resources for the faculty, ensuring the effective distribution of funds for academic and research purposes.
6. Strategic Leadership: Ability to set and execute long-term academic goals, advance the mission of the faculty, and make strategic decisions that shape the academic direction.
7. Academic Management: Strong management skills in overseeing departments, coordinating curriculum development, promoting academic research, and fostering an environment of academic excellence.
8. Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with students, faculty, staff, and external stakeholders/industrial linkages.  
9. Collaboration and Networking: Ability to build partnerships with other universities, research institutions, and industry stakeholders / linkages to enhance the faculty’s recognition and research output.
