Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Hiring:
Manage the end-to-end hiring process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding new employees.
Employee Relations:
Handle employee concerns, conflicts, and grievances to ensure a positive workplace environment.
Payroll & Attendance:
Maintain attendance records and process salaries on time.
Training & Development:
Organize training sessions and workshops for staff development.
Performance Management:
Evaluate employee performance and provide feedback for improvement.
Compliance & Policies:
Ensure HR policies align with labor laws and company standards.
HR Documentation:
Maintain employee records, contracts, and other HR-related documents.
Requirements:
Education:
Bachelorโs/Masterโs degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
5-6 years in an HR role, preferably in retail or FMCG.
Skills:
Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

RISEN ( cash & carry ) seeking a proactive and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to manage the day-to-day operations of the dispatch department. This role involves coordinating with Wearhouse, couriers, and customers to ensure smooth and timely order fulfillment. You will oversee product dispatch, track shipments, resolve delivery issues, and ensure accurate product information across platforms. Responsibilities:
Oversee daily dispatch operations, ensuring orders are processed, packaged, and dispatched on time.
Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure smooth fulfillment and dispatch.
Liaise with courier companies to track shipments and ensure timely deliveries.
Resolve shipping issues, including delays, lost packages, or damaged goods.
Communicate with customers to provide updates, address delivery inquiries, and resolve complaints.
Ensure proper categorization, tags, and descriptions for products on all e-commerce platforms.
Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to optimize product listings for online visibility.
Monitor and update inventory levels across platforms to ensure accuracy and availability.
Perform regular quality checks to ensure data accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
Track dispatch performance, analyze key metrics, and suggest process improvements.
Requirements:
4+ years of experience in e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Shopify, Daraz, etc.)
Proven experience in e-commerce, logistics, and order fulfillment.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple teams.
Excellent communication skills for interaction with vendors, couriers, and customers.
Ability to resolve customer issues and manage shipping-related problems.
Familiarity with inventory systems and e-commerce platforms.
Experience with luxury products, particularly in retail or the watch industry (preferred).
Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and order management systems (OMS) (preferred).
Customer service experience in online retail environments (preferred).
