Job posting for a Customer Support Executive at Royal Tag.
Responsibilities:
- Daily checking of stock availability for online orders booking and execution.
- Calling customers for the confirmation of their online orders and taking proper follow-up of orders as well as pending complaints on a daily basis.
- Helping customers with their product/service complaints starting from generation to closing and keeping up-to-date information about it (i.e., claims, refunds).
- Understanding the return/exchange policy of the organization.
- Attending customer calls and providing guidance according to their issues in the absence of the CRM Officer.
- Developing complaint process and questionnaire according to the requirements of customers.
- Online sale, report preparation on a weekly/monthly basis.
- Sending messages to online customers regarding claims.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelorโs degree in Administration or related field
- Experience: Min 1-2 years of experience in the Retail industry
- Skills: Excellent communication skills, Interpersonal skills, Multi-tasking, Problem-solving abilities.
