Education: Bachelors/Master degree
Experience: 2 to 4 years in apparel industry.
Skills:

• Specializes in product selection, visual displays, and inventory management, using trend analysis and vendor coordination to boost sales and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Monthly market visits for vendor sourcing and competitor analysis (trends, products, prices).
• Manage proto/sample development, and approval.
• Review pre-production samples and suggest improvements.
• Adhere to merchandise calendar and range plan deadlines.
• Coordinate with the warehouse for timely product dispatch to outlets.
• Monitor production plans and inspect raw materials.
• Ensure fabric quality and quantity meet production standards.
• Oversee line inspection, quality audits, and final inspections.
