Responsible For:

1. Expertise in mechanical systems design, maintenance, and optimization within the context of processing industries.
2. Application of advanced mechanical engineering principles to enhance processes in the manufacturing and processing sector.
3. Conduct research and analysis using advanced tools to improve mechanical systems in processing, ensuring efficiency and compliance with industry standards.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate cutting-edge mechanical components into processing equipment and machinery.
5. Design, implement, and oversee advanced preventive maintenance programs for intricate mechanical systems in processing plants.
   Core Expertise:
6. Advanced proficiency in Finite Element Analysis (FEA) and Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) for mechanical systems.
7. Familiarity with state-of-the-art automation and control systems used in textile processing, including applications in rotary printing, thermosol dyeing, and bleaching processes.
8. Proficient in utilizing advanced software and tools, including SolidWorks, ANSYS, and similar applications tailored for intricate mechanical design and analysis, with additional expertise in SCADA systems and automation.
9. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts effectively.
10. Specialized knowledge in materials science, encompassing advanced materials selection, stress analysis techniques, and failure mode assessment for high-performance mechanical components.

2 years of experience in mechanical engineering with a focus on textile processing industries.
MS in Mechanical Engineering with a minimum CGPA of 3.25 from a prestigious university. Preference will be given to candidates based in Faisalabad and those with SAP knowledge.
