Responsibilities:

1. Lead and oversee industrial engineering activities, including process optimization, capacity planning, home textile, productivity improvement and textile made-ups.
2. Develop and implement engineering solutions to enhance operational efficiency and reduce manufacturing costs.
3. Conduct time and motion studies to analyze production processes and identify opportunities for improvement in home textile made-ups.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives.
5. Provide technical expertise and guidance to resolve production issues and ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

1. Master/Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
2. Minimum of 15 years of experience in textile processing engineering especially home textile.
3. Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and production systems.
4. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and agile work experience.
5. Candidates must have experience in Standard Minute Value (SMV), Standard Allowed Minutes (SAM), Value Stream Mapping (VSM), and Lean methodologies.
6. Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt-CLSSBB, TQM, Q-SFM, Quality Control Engineer, APQP, PPAP, QD Engineer.
   Preference will be given to candidates with SAP knowledge.
