Responsible For:

1. Ensure the quality of printed knits by developing and implementing quality control processes and standards.
2. Continuously improve printing processes to enhance efficiency and minimize defects.
3. Supervise and lead a team of printing technicians and quality control inspectors.
4. Conduct inspections and audits to identify defects, color discrepancies, or printing issues.
5. Maintain detailed records of quality control tests, inspection results, and corrective actions taken.
6. Collaborate with suppliers to ensure the procurement of high-quality printing materials and inks.
7. Provide training and guidance to printing staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
8. Investigate and resolve quality-related issues and implement preventive measures.
9. Manage the quality department’s budget effectively.

Core Expertise:

1. Proficiency in printing processes, color management, and quality control tools and techniques.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams and suppliers.
3. The ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions to improve quality.

Qualification: BSc. in Textile Engineering
Experience: 08 – 10 Years in a reputed Industry

Job Responsibilities:

1. Conduct market research to identify consumer preferences, industry trends, and competitive analysis to inform marketing strategies.
2. Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote home textile products.
3. Create and oversee marketing campaigns to launch new products and promote existing ones using online and offline channels.
4. Manage online marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, SEO, and PPC advertising to maximize online visibility and sales.
5. Oversee marketing content creation, including product descriptions, visuals, and videos, to engage and inform customers.
6. Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective strategies that deliver results.
7. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, production, and sales, to ensure a cohesive approach to product promotion.
8. Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics and use data to optimize campaigns and strategies.
