  • Assist in creating and launching new beauty products.
  • Conduct market research and collaborate with R&D, design, and sales teams.
• Product Strategy:
  • Support product positioning, pricing, and lifecycle management.
• Market Insights:
  • Stay updated on trends, analyze consumer data, and suggest product improvements.
• Brand Collaboration:
  • Work with Brand Team to align product launches and support campaigns.
• Coordination:
  • Coordinate across departments and organize product training sessions.
