Saima Packaging Pvt Ltd Jobs HR Officer: We are urgently looking for experienced HR Officer for recruitment.
- Responsible for planning and managing the recruitment process.
- Carried out entry to senior management recruitment through internal and external sourcing channels by conducting competency based interviews.
- Involved in the recruitment drives for Management Trainees Program.
- Responsible for maintaining new hires’ data in HR Software.
- Support the induction process and the successful integration into the organization by facilitating the new employee orientation program.
- Ensure that all the contracts are reviewed periodically and updated in the system.
