Experience : 12 – 15 years of experience in Tobacco Sector/FMCG in pure sales and have must handled a big team and a complete region

We are looking for a ”Manager Trade Marketing” for our new businesses.

Location: Lahore
Education: Master’s or relevant

Experience: 5-7 years of experience in FMCG

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute trade marketing plans and strategies that drive sales and increase the market share of vaping products.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform product positioning and pricing strategies.
• Work closely with sales teams to develop and implement promotional programs and campaigns that drive demand and support new product launches.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that product messaging and marketing materials are accurate and aligned with brand and regulatory guidelines.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of trade marketing activities, using data and insights to continuously improve results.
• Manage relationships with key trade partners, such as distributors and retailers, to ensure that their needs are met and that they are fully supported in selling vaping products

Skills:

• Strong understanding of vaping, including regulatory and legal requirements.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to inform decisions.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs.
