Monitoring Execution: Track the execution of marketing and commercial activities to ensure adherence to approved budgets. Investigate and report any discrepancies or deviations from the plan.

Analysis of Trade Offers and BA Activities: Review and analyze trade offers and BA activities for their financial viability and ROI. Ensure that expenditures are within the approved limits and provide insights for optimization.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing, commercial, and operations teams to align budgetary strategies with organizational objectives. Facilitate regular meetings with stakeholders to review budget utilization and performance metrics.

Financial Reporting: Prepare periodic reports detailing budget utilizations, variances, and recommendations for corrective actions. Provide insights into cost-saving opportunities and highlight areas for financial improvement.

Compliance and Control: Ensure all budgetary processes adhere to internal financial policies and regulatory requirements. Implement robust controls to prevent overspending and ensure accurate documentation.
