Sana Safinaz is looking for the position of “Front Desk Executive – Head Office”.

Job Description:

• Be the first point of contact for internal and external customers (new and existing)
• Greet and Welcome Guests ,Visitors ,Clients etc.
• Manage incoming and outgoing calls efficiently.
• Provide support to the human resource (HR) function for coordinating interviews, onboarding of new joiners.
• Provide ad-hoc administrative support to the wider business, which may include preparation of order office supplies and updating records, managing inventory, arrange travel & accommodations, prepare vouchers, update calendars & schedule meetings.
• Maintain office security by following safety procedures & controlling access via monitoring logbooks & issue visitor badges.
• Manage the receiving and distribution of deliveries/daily mails for departments from different locations.
• Willing to perform the additional tasks on need basis.

Job Specification:

Qualification: Graduate

Experience: 2-3 yrs.

Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy
• MS Office
• Excellent Communication skills.
• Time Management Skills

Location: Karachi
