Experience 3 to 5 Years
Qualification: Minimum Bachelors degree
Responsibilities:
- Lead procurement of Trims & Accessories.
- Responsible for the procurement of all general articles.
- Obtaining best rates for best quality against the items mentioned in the PR.
- Follow up with the Vendor and Concern Department to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Issuing PO to vendors against approved PR.
- Maintain up to date Procurement documents and Manuals.
- Worked for vendor Development for better quality and rates.
- Manage requirement of design department to arrange Accessories as per their requirement.
- Coordinate with requestors and make sure the right materials needed, find out the sample of material to be purchased if necessary.
- Provide purchased material to the responsible and do all actions for completing the process.
- Maintain all records to ensure that procurement process, decision, and are accurately documented for accountability and audit purpose.
