Sana Safinaz Jobs Projects & Maintenance Executive : Sana Safinaz is looking for Projects & Maintenance Executive (North & Central Region).
Experience: 3-4 years.
Qualification: Minimum Bachelors degree
Responsibilities:
- Leading overall renovations of new and existing outlets in central and north region.
- Procurement of every type of material, equipment’s, electrical, electronics, general orders when required at C & N outlets, design studio and warehouse.
- Generation of PO in SAP against the request, received from any department through email or manual.
- Leading overall maintenance of generators installed in our north and central region with coordination of regional teams.
- Maintain preventive maintenance schedule of all AC’s, genset, lift, and motorized shutters and other mechanical and electrical equipment’s installed in our outlets and facilities.
- Look after the repair and maintenance works of outlets, design studio and warehouse.
- Ensure the invoices are properly checked and forwarded to accounts in a timely manner.
- Liaise with accounts department for timely payments to vendors.
