Sana Safinaz is looking for the position of “Senior Executive Security & IR – LHR ”

Job Description:

1. Manage overall security related matters of the unit (i.e. office / factory / warehouse etc.) at center and north regions.
2. Responsible for ensuring attendance, punctuality, appearance and performance of security guards as well as operability of the weapon given to them by the security company.
3. Coordinate with the supervisor / checker / operations manager of Security Company for resolution of any issue pertaining to above mentioned matters.
4. Manage manual and computerized record of gate passes and visitors and report any discrepancy / issue to his line manager.
5. Liaison with Govt. institutions for any legal/statuary obligations regarding IR matters and maintain relationship with local government agencies.
6. Monitor the movements of vehicles, employees, skilled / un-skilled personnel and visitors inside SSFR premises / locations.

Job Specification:

Qualification: Graduate in relevant field.

Experience: Minimum 2+ Years of relevant experience

Skills:

• MS Office
• Problem Solving skill
• Excellent Communication skills
• Knowledge of Labor Law
• Fire Fighting & Emergency Evacuation Training

Location: Lahore
