Sana Safinaz is looking for the position of “Senior Manager/ Manager QC”.

Job Description:

1. Devise Quality Control Procedures and ensure compliance.
2. Develop, manage, implement, communicate and maintain quality control plans.
3. Liaison with the Production Team to maintain product quality; ensuring all targets are achieved within given time-frame.
4. Oversee and monitor the process of quality checking and inspection for all production lines; identify impracticalities in timely manner and coordinate production as per company standards and requirements.
5. Perform in-line inspections, pre-final inspection and final inspection in finishing department.
6. Ensure outgoing defect percentile and shrinkage is at minimum level.
7. Facilitate proactive solutions by collecting and analyzing quality data.
8. Keep records of quality reports, statistical reviews and relevant documents for the purpose of audit and compliance.
9. Ensure that pre-finishing per-requisites are properly fulfilled and shade range is approve as per plan.
10. Ensure proper implementation of corrective and preventative measures to address Finishing related faults.

Job Specification:

Qualification:Textile Graduate

Experience: At least 5 years relevant experience (preferably from textile industry)

Knowledge/Skills:

1. Proven expertise and in-depth understanding of in QA/QC procedures and legal standards
2. Conscientious, responsible and analytical skills
3. Detail and result driven approach
4. Outstanding communication skills
5. Excellent organizational and leadership skills
6. Proficient in MS Office and systems application
7. In depth understanding of quality control
