• Recording, analyzing and resolving customer complaints in coordination with relevant stakeholders
• Analysis of QC / Inspection data, identification of defects and preparation of reports for Management review along with suggestions for improvement
• Assist in organizing risk assessment meetings and keep track of identified risks and their mitigation plans

• Bachelors / Masters in TQM / Business Administration

JOB ROLE

• Ensure smooth functioning of electrical systems across production and assembly lines
• Diagnose and repair electrical faults to reduce equipment downtime
• Implement and monitor preventive maintenance schedules as per industry standards
• Must have hands-on experience on PLC troubleshooting

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

• BS Electrical / B.Tech Electrical
• 3+ years of relevant experience in large manufacturing group (preferably from appliances business)
