ROLE BRIEF

• Ensuring handling multiple inbound deliveries based on provided evidences
• Ensure proper utilization of space allocated, Share Daily pallets occupancy report.
• Implementation of GWP (Good WH Practices)
• Ensuring timely receiving of the product and it’s put away with accuracy in bin allocation.
• Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular cycle counts to maintain accurate stock availability.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance workflow efficiency, reduce lead times, and increase overall productivity in warehouse and logistics operations.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Procurement, and Customer Service, Supply Chain and Retail to align logistics operations with business needs and customer expectations.
• Liaise with logistics providers and suppliers to manage transportation schedules, resolve issues, and ensure timely deliveries in accordance with service level agreements (SLAs).
• Ensures all stocks are verified before the vehicle loading /delivery to customers to avoid complaints.

QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration
• 2-3 years of experience in retail sector, or related roles.
• Advanced Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
• Regulatory Compliance
• Logistics Planning and Coordination
• Lean Process Principles
• Risk Management in Logistics
