We are hiring!
Sefam Pvt Ltd is looking for an โAdmin Officerโ for its Head Office.
Responsibilities of the Role Include:
ยท Oversee dispatch operations for multiple locations, including courier shipments, stock management, and ensuring timely delivery.
ยท Manage pool cars, commercial vehicles, and workshop services for maintenance, repairs, and route planning.
ยท Monitor fuel allocation and diesel deliveries across all sites, including handling vehicle maintenance and documentation.
ยท Coordinate with external vendors, ensure compliance, and manage contracts, including sales of used materials and handling insurance claims.
ยท Train and oversee drivers, helpers, and mechanics while maintaining performance records.
ยท Address and resolve complaints related to lost or damaged assets during shipment and manage necessary adjustments in invoicing.
ยท Ensure the proper documentation and compliance for vehicle certifications and safety checks.
ยท Execute any additional tasks as assigned by the line manager.
Candidates with 2-3 years of relevant industry experience, holding a Bachelorโs degree. Ideal candidates should possess strong technical skills and demonstrate effective people management abilities.
