Qualification: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Chemical or Polymer engineering or related field.
Experience: 4-5 years in Injection molding, PU,TPR & EVA related prior experience will be preferred.
Skills: Expertise in manufacturing processes, equipment, quality control, lean methodologies, and project management.
Job Description:
- Manage technical aspects, optimize resources, and ensure high-quality standards in factory operations.
- Enforce safety protocols, improve production processes, and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
- Lead and supervise technical staff, collaborate with engineering teams, and control production costs.
- Provide regular updates to senior management and recommend improvement strategies.
