KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage Gerber Software and CAD systems, including the plotter and digitizer.
• Lead the GGT team in lay planning, marker making, and consumption analysis.
• Develop and grade new patterns.
• Oversee lay planning, GGT plan vs. cut, allowed vs. actual margins, and monitor fabric savings.
• Perform minor maintenance and repairs on the plotter machine.
• Should be an expert in pattern making in garments industry.

SKILLS

• Knowledge about Gerber Software.
• Problem Solving.
• Pattern development and grading skills.
• Leadership Skills.

QUALIFICATION/EXPERIENCE

• Minimum Graduation from HEC recognized institute.
• 2-3 Years of Experience in Apparel Industry (Cutting & GGT System Knowledge).
