KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage Gerber Software and CAD systems, including the plotter and digitizer.
- Lead the GGT team in lay planning, marker making, and consumption analysis.
- Develop and grade new patterns.
- Oversee lay planning, GGT plan vs. cut, allowed vs. actual margins, and monitor fabric savings.
- Perform minor maintenance and repairs on the plotter machine.
- Should be an expert in pattern making in garments industry.
SKILLS
- Knowledge about Gerber Software.
- Problem Solving.
- Pattern development and grading skills.
- Leadership Skills.
QUALIFICATION/EXPERIENCE
- Minimum Graduation from HEC recognized institute.
- 2-3 Years of Experience in Apparel Industry (Cutting & GGT System Knowledge).
