We are hiring Administration Manager:
Job Description:
- Oversee and manage all administrative functions within the factory, including facilities maintenance, resource allocation, and vendor management.
- Manage the allocation of resources, including office supplies, equipment, and utilities, optimizing efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Maintain accurate records, documentation, and reports related to security and administrative activities.
- Act as point of contact, collaborate with Labor & other govt. dept. to ensure compliance with regulatory standards, statutory regulations and company policies.
- Coordinate with 3P contractor for hiring and other employment related matters.
- Develop and implement security protocols, policies, and procedures to safeguard employees, assets, and property.
