Shield Corporation Limited is seeking profiles for the positions of Engineer Development.

Job Specification for the Post of New Product Development Engineer:

1. Knowledge of efficacious formula development.
2. Knowledge of Baby care & skin care product development.
3. R&D of New product development and able to recommend improvement in Existing Products.
4. Work closely with their Lead to support calendarized launches in all stages from concept to on-counter
5. Identify potential technical and regulatory issues, proactively establish, and implement an action plan to ensure issues are not realized in market.
6. Set Bill of Materials for Newly developed products
7. Collaborate/communicate with external raw material suppliers.
8. Responsible for the day-to-day communication with packaging vendors.

Requirements & Details:

• Department: NPD
• Experience: 2 to 3 years
• Qualification: B.C.T/B.E (Chemical)
• Location: Factory
• No. of Positions: 1
