Shield Corporation Limited is searching for profiles for the position of Assistant Manager Production. Candidate must have knowledge of injection molding, injection blow molding, plastic raw materials and injection stretch blow molding processes and operations.

Qualification: BE (Polymer/ Chemical/ Mechanical/ Industrial)
Experience: 3-5 Years.
Job Type: Permanent
Location: Karachi

Brief Description of Duties:

• To ensure achievement of production targets keeping material rejection within specified limits.
• Supervising the manufacturing processes and ensure quality work is done in a safe and efficient manner.
• Diagnosing production line problems & providing/ taking recommendations/ actions.
• Follow product specifications and quality control measures.
• Coordinate with Plant engineering team for the preparation and execution of machine preventive maintenance schedule.
• Develop and implement process control measures that effectively monitor products and guarantee desired results.

Qualification: BBA/MBA in Marketing.
Experience: At least 2 to 3 years of relevant experience.
Location: Karachi.

Key responsibilities:

1. Provide assistance for brand direction and execution of marketing activities.
2. Design and develop products, pricing, packaging and execute promotional initiatives to profitably increase budget within budgeted parameters.
3. To ensure digital awareness/ campaign of the assigned category.
4. Highlight opportunities and identify gaps through market visits.
5. Closely monitor and analyze sales volumes, market share trends, and competitive activities.

Skills/ Attributes:

1. Sound Marketing/ product concepts Knowledge
2. Understanding of media functions, communication medium, advertising and promotional channels.
3. Familiarity with latest marketing trends and best practices.
