SIFA is looking for competent profiles for the position of Social Media & PR Moderator/Customer Care Executive (Only Female)
- Coordinate with PR agencies
- Respond to customer queries through social media channels, phone & email.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues amicably with defined timelines and parameter.
- Managing E-commerce/Shopify Orders & Leopard tracking.
- Managing brand shoots.
- Maintain Inventory list.
- Must be MBA in Marketing or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 2 year experience of social media.
- Location: MM ALAM Road, Lahore.
