Sigma Distributors Pvt Ltd Jobs Area Sales Manager:
Sigma Distributors (Pvt.) Ltd. is urgently looking for “Area Sales Manager”. The ASM should be expert in understanding the products, market area, trends, opportunities and competitive activity.
Qualification: Minimum Graduation Degree
Experience: 5-6 years Industry FMCG – Food & Beverages
Location: Lahore – Pakistan
Key responsibilities includes not limited to;
- Develop a close relationship with all customers to grow business organically and find new business.
- Monitoring sales data and keeping up to date with current market trends and customer needs.
- To manage monthly sales targets.
- To set daily sales schedule for sales team by conducting daily meetings and motivate them to achieve targets.
- Strategies and plans the sales process management, forecasting and brand strategy.
- Should demonstrate leadership skills while nurturing key values of team-work, integrity and sales excellence.
- To identify training for employees` regarding to sales working under his supervision.
