SigmaTec Solutions (Pvt.) Ltd. is looking to hire for the position of an HR Executive. The candidate must have bachelor/master degree specialized in Human Resource Management with 2-3 years of relevant experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment & selection process.
- Oversee daily operations of the HR department
- Implementation of company policies and standards.
- Participate in performance management activities.
- Assists Manager HR with monthly payroll processing.
- Skills Required:
- Proven work experience as an HR Executive or similar role.
- Good communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office suits
- Gender: Both (Preferably Female)
- Location: Lahore-Pakistan
