Job Opening – Silkbank
Job Title: Branch & Area Manager
Location: Peshawar
Required Qualification, Experience and Skills:
- Minimum Graduation from a reputable university, Master’s degree will be preferred
- Minimum 8 – 10 years of banking experience including at least 6 years of experience as Branch Manager
- Excellent relationship skills
Responsibilities: Manage Peshawar, Attock, Hazro and Mansehra branches for the following:
- Manage number of branches to ensure that targets, revenue and asset growth are as per budget.
- Ensure deposit mobilization and growth of deposit base as per assigned targets.
- Manage employee attrition rate of the branch.
- Manage customer attrition and devises policies to increase retention ratio and expand customer base.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints and queries and maintains records of feedback from internal and external customers.
- Interact with identified current and prospective clients to increase share of wallet.
- Monitor and ensure each Branch’s operations are in line with service quality standards.
