SINA Health Education & Welfare Trust is looking for an Assistant Manager Human Resources for its office located in Korangi towards brooks chowrangi, Karachi
Qualification: Bachelorโs/ Masters
Experience: 4-6 years of relevant experience.
Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, understanding of HR functions and best practices, should have strong excel and presentation skills, basic knowledge of HR operations.
Job responsibilities:
ยท To overlook and assist day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties
ยท To overlook recruitment of employees overall SINA when and where required.
ยท To roll out and process payroll on monthly basis.
ยท To roll out monthly EOBI additions, deletions and payments.
ยท To ensure timely renewal of health and life insurance.
ยท To handle complaints and grievance procedure as per the company policy.
ยท Responsible to provide/initiate new induction company resources (mobile, sim, fuel card, laptop, email address)
ยท To prepare SOPโs, Policies & presentations for the dept when and where required
ยท To roll out Performance Management on Yearly basis.
ยท To attend Committee meetings & selection of the employee of the month announcement for final processing.
ยท POC for ERB Committee Meeting for Research and Publication (Initiate the meeting with team members, responsible to get the proposal amended, and coordinate with the Head of Research for approval)
ยท To maintain the complaint log, answer incoming calls, maintain the log and reports and resolve the queries in coordination with relevant departments.
ยท Any other tasks assigned by the Head of the Department or management.
