Job Requirement:
- Bachelors/Masters in the relevant field
- Atleast 04 years of experience of working in HR department of a well-known company.
Job Description:
- Acting as liason between the employees and the management.
- Looking after the HR needs of the site-based employees.
- Ensuring implementation of HR policies at the site.
- Ensuring compliance with the HR laws and regulations
- Preparing HR documents and reports to be presented to the management.
- Overseeing the onboarding of employees at the site.
- Fulfilling duties assigned by the supervisor.
