Requirements
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and distribute minutes to stakeholders.
- Coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements for employees and guests.
- Maintain and update administrative records, contracts, and documentation.
- Manage office inventory and ensure timely procurement of necessary items.
- Assist in office operations, including maintenance, supplies, and vendor management.
- Assist in planning and organising company events.
- Act as a liaison between departments, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Masterโs degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Management, or equivalent.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Minimum four 4 years of relevant experience.
