Requirements
- Assist with managing the recruitment and selection process.
- Utilize various sourcing methods, including social media, newspapers, and headhunting, to identify potential candidates.
- Leverage Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to streamline the hiring process, track candidate progress, and improve recruitment efficiency.
- Assist in developing and implementing employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
- Represent the organization at job fairs, networking events, and conferences to promote the Company.
- Must possess strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Masters / MBA / BBA in HR, or an equivalent qualification.
- Certification in HR (such as PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
