Job Title: Technical Sales Executive
Job Location: Islamabad, Lahore and Karachi
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Sales/Lead development, a good understanding of customer dealing, and a track record of delivering high-quality customer solutions proactively.
Responsibilities:
. Can cold call on generated leads.
. Is able to create opportunities.
. Can do initial product pitch to clients on call.
. Can take follow-ups from clients.
. Can set up meetings of sales representatives with potential clients.
. Is able to close sales target monthly.
Requirements:
. Be an Electrical Engineer or Business graduate.
. Have 6 Months To 1 Year Experience. (Call Center Experience will be Preferred).
. Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
. Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
. Be Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Job Title: Sales Manager (C&I)
Location: Lahore & Karachi
Job Summary: The Sales Manager (C&I) is responsible for driving sales growth, developing and managing relationships with business clients, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. This role involves strategizing, planning, and executing sales plans to increase market share and promote the adoption of solar solutions among businesses.
Key Responsibilities:
. Develop and implement effective sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
. Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their energy requirements.
. Conduct regular meetings, presentations, and negotiations with clients to promote and sell solar solution and services.
. Identify and target potential business clients in the commercial and industrial sectors.
. Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
. Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals, presentations, and product demonstrations.
. Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for the company.
. Work with the project management and technical teams to ensure seamless project implementation and customer satisfaction.
. Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, finance, and operations to ensure alignment and support for sales activities.
. Monitor competitor activities and market conditions to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Qualifications:
. Bachelorโs degree in Engineering, Business or a related field.
. Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar sales role within the solar or renewable energy industry (at least two years).
. Strong understanding of C&I (B2B) sales processes and strategies.
. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
. Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
. Proficient in using design software Helioscope, PVSyst, Sketchup etc.
