About the Role:
As the Regional Sales Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of our growth strategy, spearheading the development and execution of strategic sales plans tailored to the unique dynamics of our South region. You’ll lead a dedicated team of sales professionals, identify growth opportunities, and cultivate strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Your strategic vision and hands-on leadership will be crucial in driving our success and expanding our market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and execute strategic sales plans for the region.
· Provide leadership and support to a dedicated sales team.

Job Specification:
· Minimum 5+ years’ experience in sales management (Solar experience is a must).
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
