Job Title: Mechanical Design Engineer
Job Location: Islamabad

Key Responsibilities:

. Design and prototype mechanical enclosures for various products, ensuring they meet functional, aesthetic, and manufacturability criteria.
. Collaborate with electrical and software engineers to integrate components into the overall product design.
. Perform thermal analysis of subsystems to identify heat generation and dissipation requirements.
. Design and optimize thermal management solutions to enhance product performance and reliability.
. Prepare detailed engineering drawings, including assembly diagrams, exploded views, and part specifications.
. Create and maintain comprehensive assembly manuals and production documentation to ensure accurate and efficient manufacturing processes.
. Work closely with the product development team to meet project deadlines and objectives.
. Participate in design reviews, providing input on mechanical design aspects and thermal considerations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

. BS degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering, or the equivalent in experience and evidence of exceptional ability.
. 2 or more years of relevant hands-on CAD design experience using Solidworks.
. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes.
. Experience in Ansys will be appreciated.
. Must be a team player.

Job Title: Senior Software Engineer
Location: Islamabad

Responsibilities:

. Produce clean, well-documented and efficient code.
. Proficiency in PostgreSQL or other RDBMS and understanding of Cassandra.
. API Design experience.
. Creating database schemas that represent and support business processes.
. Uphold high engineering standards and bring consistency to the codebases, infrastructure and processes.
. Own problems end-to-end, thinking through everything from user experience, data models, scalability, operability and ongoing metrics.
. Work closely with QA and product team for on-time delivery.
. Stitching many different services and processes together, even if you have not worked with them before.
. Adopt new trends and train team members.

Skills and Qualifications

. Ability to write clean, reliable, well documented, and thoroughly tested code
. Solid knowledge and understanding of the principles for building highly scalable, distributed systems
. Experience of functional programming languages and concurrency problems
. Experience of web technologies: CSS, HTML, JavaScript, Elixir, Angular, Python, ElasticSearch, GraphQL
. Experience of web frameworks like Phoenix
. Experience of NoSQL databases like Cassandra, Hbase
. Experience of relational databases like PostGreSQL, MySQL
. Experience of developing clean software UI with attention to detail
. Experience of clean API design (RestAPI, GraphQL)
