Position Summary;
This position leads a team of Area Manager Sales of sales team and is responsible for business development activities to boost CASA deposits business, consumer banking and wealth management products business and achieve growth in Deposits, consumer banking & wealth management products through accomplishment of team targets
Roles & Responsibilities;
- To manage the team of Area Manager Sales & Business Development Officers sales across the Group
- To monitor sales team performance & target achievement for Deposits, Wealth Management, Consumer Products & NTB targets.
- Refer business leads for business growth
- Hunt quality resource for sales team to ensure maximum business output
- Identify training and development needs of team members and ensures ongoing capability development.
