We are hiring for Head of Bakery position at SPAR Pakistan.
Key Details:
- Education: Graduation
- Experience: Minimum 5 to 7 years (Experience in Food Retail & Bakery will be preferred)
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and supervise daily bakery operations to ensure timely production and quality standards
- Develop new bakery products in line with market trends and customer preferences
- Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure the production of high-quality baked goods
- Manage budgets for bakery operations, minimizing waste and optimizing resource utilization
- Should be familiar with MS Excel & Outlook
