We are hiring for Head of Bakery position at SPAR Pakistan.

Key Details:

• Education: Graduation
• Experience: Minimum 5 to 7 years (Experience in Food Retail & Bakery will be preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and supervise daily bakery operations to ensure timely production and quality standards
• Develop new bakery products in line with market trends and customer preferences
• Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure the production of high-quality baked goods
• Manage budgets for bakery operations, minimizing waste and optimizing resource utilization
• Should be familiar with MS Excel & Outlook

Location: Karachi
