Manager Shariah Compliance

Qualification:

Experience:

3-5 years of professional experience in Shariah compliance, Halal auditing, or related fields.
2-3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role, preferably in a corporate or retail setting.

Skills & Responsibilities:

Supervise the Shariah Compliance Section to ensure alignment with Islamic principles.
Conduct thorough reviews of documents, operations, and business practices for Shariah compliance.
Oversee and manage Halal compliance, certifications, and audit processes.
Develop and deliver Shariah training programs for staff.
Engage in research to strengthen the organization’s Shariah-compliant framework.
Foster a Shariah-compliant environment across all levels of operations.
Strong understanding of corporate business operations and associated challenges.
Expertise in Halal food standards, training, and audit procedures.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and management skills.
Ability to lead and motivate teams while ensuring compliance with Shariah principles.
