Team Lead Bakery

Education: Matric/Intermediate

Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 Years (Experience in Food Retail & Bakery will be preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demand and optimize resources
• Manage and standardize recipes for various baked goods.
• Ensure accurate and consistent ingredient measurements and production techniques.
• Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure the production of high-quality baked goods.
• Monitor and manage ingredient inventory levels to prevent stock outs and waste.
• Should be Familiar with MS Excel & Outlook
