Job Summary
The role requires the person to work with different stakeholders within the Bank to fulfil clientโ€™s financial needs and provide the clients with seamless service

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide quality support and advice to Relationship Managers (RMโ€™s) within all lending units located in Standard Chartered Bank Pakistan on all documentation related matters, including the origination of documentation for customers where required
  • To deliver excellent service and advice to our Corporate (Corporate & Institutional Banking) clients in all interactions for their channel activation pre-transactional enquiries/setup, trainings and other channel related issues.
  • Perform end-to-end orchestration across all processes and services managed by IMO
  • Engage clients throughout process, ensuring seamless delivery and client experience
  • Own and drive execution of processes, working closely with stakeholders and the value chain to deliver excellent client service, getting clients to the point of ready-to-transact as quickly as possible, across both simple and complex cases.
  • Adheres to first-time-right principles
  • Provide insight and suggestions to improving processes, identifying opportunities to streamline and automate. Looks at ways to promote standard work and best practices.
  • Undertake ad-hoc duties and when delegated by Line Manager and Country Head of IMO

Job Summary
Design and Plan networks, ensuring they met organizational requirements for functionality, security and performance. Analyse the business needs, recommend and implement the solutions

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute network strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Lead and manage a team of network professionals, ensuring efficient collaboration and skill development.
  • Plan and design robust and scalable network architectures to support business requirement.
  • Oversee the implementation of network solutions, ensuring they meet security and performance standards.
  • Address complex network issues, conduct root cause analysis and implement solutions to ensure network reliability.
  • Collaborate with vendors for network equipment, services and support, negotiating contracts and ensuring service level agreements are met
  • Implement and monitor network security measures to safeguard against cyber threats and unauthorised access.
  • Establish and enforce network policies and procedures to ensure compliance and security.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend and implement relevant advancements in network infrastructures.

Skills and Experience

  • Basic Qualification: Bachelor of (Computer Engineering / Computer Science) / MS (Computer Engineering)
  • 10+ Years experience with internetworking protocols, including routing (OSPF, EIGRP, BGP), Next Generation Firewalls, Wireless Controllers and SDWAN.
  • 5+ Years management experience with various security platforms and network design.
  • 5+ Years management experience with configuring and managing LAN/WAN/MAN devices such as switches/routers etc.
