• Working with data analytics – large and sometimes incomplete datasets
• Benchmarking various KPIs through effective industry networking
• Act as a change agent, driving impactful change and working alongside industry leaders
• Develop policies to lead the Company’s journey toward achieving best-in-class standards

Ideal Profile:

• B.Sc. Engineering or an equivalent degree
• MBA with a track record of change management
• Able to do budget management
• Able to work under pressure
• Team player and problem solver
