Senior Management / Leadership Positions

1. Senior General Manager (Procurement and Inventory Management)
Qualification and Experience:
Engineering or Management Graduate (16 years of education) with 17 years of post-qualification experience including 5 yearsโ experience in Senior Management / Leadership role. Experience of working in Oil and Gas / Public Sector will be preferred. The candidate should have experience in asset-based Oil and Gas procurement, management of inventory turnaround, and experience in digitalization of processes.
Job Summary:
The position is responsible for all Procurement and Inventory Management activities from demand forecasting to the delivery of material and services, complying with all applicable laws and rules including public procurement rules and import policy. The incumbent shall review and revamp the Procurement and Stores functions ensuring timely and sustainable supply chain of goods and services, helping in reducing procurement cycle and cost, and providing specialist advice, guidance, and service on leading procurement practices.

2. Senior General Manager (Customer Services)
Qualification and Experience:
Engineering/Management Graduate (16 years of education) or Accounting Professional with 17 years of post-qualification experience including 5 yearsโ experience in Senior Management / Leadership role. Experience of working in Oil & Gas / Public Sector shall be preferred.
Job Summary:
This position is the custodian of the Customer Service function of the Company and plays a leading role in formulating and implementing strategies for improving and enhancing the quality of customer services through sales, billing, customer service, and recovery departments across the franchise area. The incumbent directs and supervises all functions to ensure customer satisfaction and focused services in line with the companyโs vision and mission to develop the companyโs brand image.

3. Senior General Manager (Information Technology)
Qualification and Experience:
MCS or Engineering Graduate (16 years of education), in Computer or a related field with 17 years of experience, including 5 yearsโ experience in a Leadership position.
Job Summary:
The position is responsible for overseeing technical projects in alignment with organizational goals. The incumbent shall be responsible for improving IT processes and developing plans and strategies to ensure the IT Department runs smoothly and effectively. The role includes providing strategic advice to Management, focusing on challenges and development pertaining to IT, and ensuring that appropriate policies are developed to meet the Companyโs mission and objectives.
