Education Counselor or 1 Year Experience of any Call Center
- Responsible for all service standards and quality parameters on all calls
- Responsible to answer all the customer’s queries related to products and services
- A strict adherence to shift and break schedule as communicated by the operations department
- Handling and resolving customer complaints/ queries over the phone
- Route complaints/ requests to concerned departments
