We are hiring Senior Android Developer!
Office Location: Plot no 89, Street no 10, I-9/2, Islamabad.
Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience: 2-3 years
Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Android Developer to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Android Developer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining Android mobile applications, using Kotlin and Flutter development environments.
Responsibilities:
- Designing and developing advanced applications for the Android platform and also manage the changes or addition of features in existing applications
- Unit-testing code for robustness and reliability
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
- Working with external data sources and APIs
- Fixing bugs and improving application performance
- Continuously discovering, evaluating, and implementing new technologies to maximize development efficiency
- Mentoring and providing guidance to junior developers
- Familiar with uploading apps on google play store and also managing policies and apps statistics
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Must have 2 to 3 years on hands android development experience, with a strong portfolio of Android applications with these stacks (MVVM, MVI, Android Jetpack, Hilt, DataStore, RoomDb, Kotlin Flows, Coroutines, Navigation Components, RxJava, Firebase, Work Manager)
- Utilizing Android Jetpack components for efficient and optimized development
- Implementing Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) processes for streamlined app deployment
- Understanding of Google’s Android design principles and interface guidelines
- Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git
- Proficiency in Java and Kotlin programming languages, Flutter would be a plus
- Experience with Android SDK, Android Studio, and other development tools
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and JSON
- Actively improving apps performance by optimizing code and using profiler like tools
- Knowledge of Android UI/UX design principles and best practices
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines
