Sympl Energy is hiring for the position of Telesales Executive.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and follow up on promising leads.
• Answer inbound calls from interested prospects and respond to their queries.
• Accurately record client details and interactions in the CRM.
• Qualify leads for the outside sales team.
• Maintain and manage customer accounts, fostering solid relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Develop in-depth knowledge of Sympl Energy products and services to provide tailored recommendations based on customer needs and preferences.
• Perform market research to identify potential sales opportunities.
• Collaborate with other staff to promote company products and services.
• Meet or exceed daily and monthly targets for call volume and sales.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Marketing, Sales, or Electrical Engineering
• Experience: 6 months or above
• Those with experience in Call Centers, Telemarketing, or Telesales are also encouraged to apply
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to develop and maintain relationships with customers.
• Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Location: DHA Phase 4 Lahore
Working hours: Monday – Friday (9AM – 6PM)
