Qualifications
- Minimum graduate, preferably Masters from reputable university
- Good experience in Manufacturing(Agrochemical background will be preferred)
- Strong knowledge and skill in ERP especially SAP, Supply Chain Management, SCOR
- Understand SOX & ISO
- Good grasp of 3rd party relationship management
- Good knowledge of HSE, Quality and Regulatory compliance frameworks
- Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience of production & Planning
- Good in written and spoken in English.
- Ability to analyse data trends to understand supply chain effectiveness.
- Strong stakeholder management
- Self-starter/autonomous
- Results oriented Strong interpersonal, communication and leadership skills
