Requirements:
- Bachelors or Master’s from a reputable university
- Professional course(s) in Project Management.
- Manage assigned projects using efficient project management techniques
- Manage and train Customer Associates
- Set customer satisfaction goals and work with the team to meet them on a consistent basis
- On-board new employees and train them based on your expertise and skillset
- Rotational shifts (Morning, Evening, Night)
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in BPO project management.
