We’re looking for Associate IT Support for our Karachi Office.
Candidate Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
- 1 to 3 years of relevant experience as Technical Support / System Support / Desktop support
- Proficiency in Windows/Mac OS
- Good Knowledge of technologies like Microsoft, Cisco, and Virtualization
- Sound knowledge on IP addressing schemes, Domain, VLAN, AD, TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS
- Working as part of a team and operating in a fast-paced 24×7 Support (Rotational Shifts)
- Good written and verbal communication
